Forecast Builder
Your cash forecast: the spreadsheet you already use, built once and refilled with every bank transaction. Push to Excel any time and your CEO, board, or lender gets the same workbook you'd build by hand on Saturday.

TipType a number into any cell. Saves automatically. Past weeks fill from your bank data. Push to Excel downloads a workbook with one sheet per tab above plus a summary, ready for your CEO or lender.
Bring your forecast
Upload your Excel workbook. We'll detect sheets, line items, and weekly columns automatically. You'll see exactly what we read before anything imports.
Your workbook stays in your account. We keep it so exports come back in your exact layout, and it's deleted with your account.

Step 1 of 3: Which row has your weekly dates?
Click the row that contains the date headers (e.g. 5/4/2026, 5/11/2026…). The row pre-selected below is our best guess.

Step 2 of 3: Which columns hold the weekly numbers?

Step 3 of 3: Which rows are your line items (Receipts, Payroll, etc.)?
We pre-checked rows that look like inflows or outflows. Adjust as needed; uncheck anything that's a section header or subtotal.

Forecast vs Actual
How well last week's forecast matched what actually happened, week by week. Builds your CFO board-meeting confidence.
Every week we replay the forecast we'd have made before that week began, then compare it to what really posted. A green row means your cash was within ±10%, what every CFO board deck wants to be able to say.

Map your chart of accounts once
No two contractors name their accounts the same way, so we do not guess which of yours is direct field labor. Map them once (field labor, subcontractor, materials, overhead) and the panel computes gross margin, overhead, operating margin, net profit and EBITDA from your live QuickBooks P&L, labelled as a pre-close estimate until you lock the month. Anything left unmapped is named beside every figure, so you always know how much of the P&L the number covers.

My books have no such account
Tick a bucket your chart of accounts genuinely does not carry; plenty of contractors have no amortization line. Ticking it states that bucket as a real $0. Leaving it alone keeps it honestly blank, and every figure that depends on it stays blank too. We never assume this for you.
Peer benchmarks
Your own peer-group figures, typed in by you. TreasuryFlow ships no industry data and never invents any; leave this empty and the comparison column simply does not appear.

Checking connection…
Company: --
Connecting opens Intuit’s sign-in, which asks for its standard
QuickBooks accounting permission. Intuit doesn’t offer a
narrower read-only option. TreasuryFlow uses it to read
your accounts, invoices, bills, and P&L so they can be checked
against your live bank feed. Nothing is ever written to your books
unless you explicitly choose an action that says so.

Bank files
Generate the positive-pay issue file your bank's online banking accepts. Upload your check run, download the file, upload it to the bank.
Step 1
Upload your check register
Export your check run from QuickBooks, Sage, or any AP system.
Step 2
Review the mapping
Confirm which column feeds each field. The preview below updates as you adjust.
Used only inside the generated file. TreasuryFlow never stores account numbers.
Step 3
Generate the file
The issue file downloads to your computer. Upload it in your bank's online banking.

We count about 55 minutes saved per brief

and send it by hand.

Add a Client
For a client whose bank access you already manage. You'll confirm you're authorized, then connect their bank and QuickBooks right after, no waiting on them.
We'll email them a magic link to securely connect their banks via Plaid. They appear in your roster the moment they connect.
Paste CSV with header row, columns: email, label. Up to 100 rows. Each gets a magic link.
Add a teammate
Add a junior accountant to your firm. You choose exactly which clients they can see. They'll never see the rest of your roster. They'll need their own free TreasuryFlow login first; add them here once they've signed up.

Integrations
Read-only by default. Never moves money. Revoke any connection here. TreasuryFlow reads from these systems. It never moves money, and it never writes to a connected system on its own. The only writes are changes you explicitly approve, labeled before they happen. Every connection is revocable here, immediately.

Paste this key into the TreasuryFlow add-in for Excel or Google Sheets to pull your cash position into a spreadsheet. It has the same read-only access as everything else here. Generating a new key immediately replaces any previous one, so if you already use the add-in you'll paste the new key. Signed in with Google? Generate your first key here.
Available on request while we finish it. Uses the same add-in key as Excel.

Two-factor authentication
A second step at sign-in, from an app on your phone
On
With two-factor on, your password alone won't sign you in. You'll also enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (1Password, Google Authenticator, Authy, or your password manager). This protects email + password sign-in. It's optional, and off unless you turn it on.
Step 1: add TreasuryFlow to your authenticator
Open your authenticator app, choose “add account”, and enter this setup key by hand. On a phone you can tap the link below instead and your app will fill it in.
Save these backup codes now. This is the only time we can show them
Each code works once, and gets you in if you lose your phone. Store them where you keep other credentials, not in the same place as your password. If you lose both your authenticator and these codes, we have to verify who you are by hand and reset it for you; there is no self-serve way back in, on purpose.
Two-factor is on. You'll be asked for a code from your authenticator each time you sign in with your password.
Enter a current code from your authenticator (or one of your backup codes) to turn it off. Your password on its own isn't enough.
